Hi, I’m Rimante — founder of Remy Val, SupportOps consultant, and someone who loves helping people help people.

I got into support during my uni days, studying computer science and economics at the University of Tartu. I needed a job to stay afloat, and I remembered visiting this startup where the founder, left such a strong impression that I knew I wanted to work there — and I did. I started as a part-time community manager and quickly moved into full-time support, helping indie developers succeed.

That’s when it clicked: helping others achieve what they want didn’t feel like work. It felt like something I was meant to do.

Since then, I’ve worked in digital customer service companies and SaaS, supporting companies in fintech and beyond. I’ve helped teams save hundreds of thousands through better systems, smarter tooling, and customer experience that actually drives growth. And I’ve seen the same frustrating pattern again and again — support teams being treated like a cost pit instead of the revenue engine they really are.

So I started Remy Val to change that.
